The restaurant’s variety of seafood rice bowls, topped with fish bought that morning personally by the owner at the market, are popular with bus guides, hotel staff members, and other people involved in the local travel industry. The standard Kaisen-don seafood rice bowl is the shop’s most popular; this luxurious dish gives diners the chance to enjoy around 13 to 14 different varieties of seafood served on a single rice bowl. The fresh-cooked Ishikawa Koshihikari rice, specially prepared soy sauce, and seasonal seafood toppings create an exquisite balance.

賑わう時間には観光客が多く、近江町市場で食事をするのは覚悟して長時間待つことになります。しかし、この店は待っている人が少ないので「美味しくないんだろう」と敬遠していましたが、新幹線出発までの時間もないしお腹もすいたし、仕方なく(お店には申し訳ない表現ですがご容赦ください)入りました。ご夫婦だけで切り盛りされていて、Ｌ型のカウンターだけの店内です。店頭の看板にある海鮮丼をいただきました。提供も早く好...

金沢出身の友人に教えてもらい訪問。海鮮丼は2500円でしたが、海鮮満載で満足度高いです。カウンターだけですが、大将も気さくに話しかけてくれてアットホームな感じ良かったです。近江町市場に行くときはおすすめです
