Shigisan Senjuin Temple

This venerable sub-temple, the oldest in the Mt. Shigi area, was founded in the late Heian period. The temple's Gomado (Homa ritual hall), built by the famed Buddhist priest Myoren Shonin, is where the temple conducts its bishamon goma (Vaisravana homa) prayer rituals. Its Zenigamedo (Baby Turtle Hall) enshrines Zenigame Zenshin, a deity said to grant luck with money and other matters. The Kannon-do (Kannon Hall), which enshrines the temple's Juichimen (11-headed) Kannon statue said to answer prayers for conception and easy childbirth, is one of the temple's highlights.

「金運招福銭亀善神」や「子授安産厄除観音」等、有難い看板が架かっていました。又、本尊毘沙門天王を祀る本堂も立ち、山中とは思えない境内を有していました。
トラの胎内くぐり

朝護孫子寺の塔頭の一つで、赤門の近くにある。メインの建物はコンクリート造りで味気なかったが、護摩堂や銭亀堂など見所が多い。トラの胎内くぐりがある。
