This is a nature park at the foot of Mt. Nijyo, a mountain with two peaks, commonly referred to as “male” and “female.” It is a lovely, peaceful park, with flowers blooming throughout in all seasons. There is a grassy meadow suitable for picnicking in the middle of the park. In the eastern part is Wanpaku Plaza, an area wiih large numbers of wooden playground equipment, and to the west is an observation deck. These features make the park a popular spot for families.

公園の中にとても傾斜のある長い階段があります。運動したい人にとってはとてもいい運動になります。営業時間があるので、夜などは入れません。
のんびり出来る公園

近鉄南大阪線二上神社駅から徒歩１５分程で行けます。休館日は毎週火曜日、水曜日ですので注意して下さい。二上山の麓にあり、公園へ行くまでのんびりした風景も楽しめます。公園は大きな芝生広場があり、天気の良いには日向ぼっこに最適です。公園の奥には、石段の階段が４５６段あります。登りきれば、展望がひらけ奈良盆地が綺麗に見えます。石段の横には登り降りし易い道が作られています。
道の駅もある二上山東山麓の公園です。

どんづる峯からダイヤモンドトレイルを辿って二上山登山をしました。下山は東側のＪＲ五位堂駅まで歩きましたが、途中で何度もこの公園の名を書いた看板に出会ったので、興味を持って立ち寄ってみました。園内には家族連れが利用しやすい広い芝生広場、子供が喜ぶ遊具が並んでいます。おもちゃ館では定時になると音楽の演奏もあります。二上山を下りて来た身体には堪えますが、456段の階段があり大和三山をはじめならを一望する...
