This tourist facility is annexed to a dried plum factory in Minabe Town, Hidaka County, Wakayama Prefecture and offers both shopping and factory tours. The direct sales shop carries Kishu Nanko plums and other products straight from the factory as well as processed plum goods. Learn about the history of dried plums via the 3-D theater and panel exhibitions. You can even make your own plum juice. About 20 to 40 minutes are required, and single participants are allowed.

その名の通り、梅干に関連した施設です。工場見学〜展示〜のエリアを抜けてあらわれるおみやげコーナーには、さまざまな種類の梅干しが！試食ができるのがよいですね（ほぼほぼ全部梅干し！笑）。
梅干作り体験

アドベンチャーに行った翌日に立ち寄りました。梅干や梅酒、梅ジュース作り体験が出来、梅干作り体験をしました。田舎作りの塩分22%の梅干をある程度塩抜きして、好みの調味料で味付けで完成。ただしすぐには味が馴染まないらしく、二週間程度は毎日優しく揉んであげる必要あるらしいです。体験したら、売店の5%割引き券がもらえたので、買い物は体験の後がよろしいかと思います。簡単な工場見学も可能です。

観光バスで行きました駐車場はとても広いです到着すると係の方がバス前に来て、工場を先に見学してから流れでお土産屋さんへ〜と軽く案内されます（中を一緒に見学というわけではないです）見学はすぐ終わりますお土産屋さんはそれほど広くはありませんが試食は豊富で、梅干を中心に梅を使った商品がたくさん送ることも可能ですツアーで行きました為、一気に団体が押し寄せるのでレジが少なく会計は時間によってかなり...
