Iga Ware Pottery Nagatanien is a well-established pottery which has carried on the culture and techniques of Iga Ware since opening in 1832. A climbing kiln with 16 continuous chambers operated until 1970s has been designated as a National Tangible Cultural Property. Taishokan built in the Taisho period (1912-1926) was actually used as an office until the 2000s. It preserves a phone and a safe from those days, and today opens as a place to rest where you can enjoy Taisho Roman (romantic vintage style).

ゴールデンウイーク恒例の窯出し市。今年から案内はハガキでなくメールで。かまどさんは家に２合、3合、５合の3つ。ヘルシー蒸し鍋、ふっくらさん、浅漬器、土鍋もあり、料理を楽しんでます。伊賀焼の器も増え、食事も楽しい。すごい人ですが、器や料理が好きな方にはおすすめです。

長谷園の土鍋で、毎日おいしいご飯をいただいています。毎年ゴールデンウィークには、釜出し市が開催され、アウトレット品が格安で購入できます。また、定番品も、割引して販売されているので、この時期の訪問をおすすめします。また、登録有形文化財の古民家もこの時期は開放され、ギャラリーやお茶席になっています。

土鍋で一気に人気に火がついた永谷園ですが、土鍋以外もいろいろやってます。店舗エリアが結構広くて現代的なスタイルの焼き物がたくさん。燻製用鍋とか、茶香炉とか、変わった商品がたくさん。全部買いたくなりました。
