This pastry shop in Meito Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture has white wooden walls that lend it a stylish look. It was opened by Kenichi Nishio, a chef with extensive experience at well-known pastries. He uses select ingredients and bakes each cake by hand, and many of them are popular for celebratory occasions and as desserts. The display cases feature the flagship shortcake “Chantilly aux fraises”, made with two types of fresh cream produced in Kyushu, as well as about 20 regular and seasonal items in total. There is a dining space as well.

ちょっとした手土産に、クッキーや焼菓子の小さな詰め合わせを買いました。包装が白のリボンでとても上品で可愛らしく、贈った相手にも、コーヒーに合って美味しかったと喜んでもらえました。

ケーキをよく何個か買っています。1番おススメは夏限定の桃のタルト！ジューシーな桃と、クリームがバッチリ合っていて、生地もさくさくと美味しいです。あとはクリームブリュレ、チーズケーキなどなどがおススメです。どのケーキも300円代後半から400円代なので、今時かなりお高いケーキが多い中、味もしっかりしていてこの価格、とても好感をもてます。またケーキが食べたくなった時には利用したいと...

中でいただくスペースがあり、ショートケーキとコーヒーをオーダーしました。セットで￥50の割引がありました。ケーキは￥300台-なのでこの辺りのパティスリ一にしてはお値うちと思います。クリームは甘すぎず、スポンジはふんわり、美味しかったです。
