Nakamura, a long-established Ise-udon shop founded in 1916, has continued to maintain its own unique tastes ever since it started. The dark brown tsuyu sauce for the somewhat large noodles appears spicy but rather is a masterpiece in which one can really taste the dashi soup stock. The most popular Ise Tamago Udon comes with a soft-boiled egg on the noodles and has a mild flavor that expands throughout the mouth. It is approximately 10 minutes on foot from JR Iseshi Station.

不思議な食感のおうどんでした。ぶっといのにかみごたえがない。ふわふわした感じ。真っ黒なのに味が濃くない。冷たいの温かいの両方試しましたが、温かい方が個人的にすき。

外宮からすぐのところにあります店内はテーブル席とお座敷で30席くらいあります口コミ高かったので来店してみたした汁はかなり濃いけど味はしつこくありません伊勢たまごうどん注文しましたが麺もコシがありたまごで優しくなった感じでとても美味しかったです
