Ichirokuya, an Iekei ramen restaurant which serves broth made of pork bones and soy sauce, is located six minutes' walk from JR Isogo Station and along National Route 16. It serves three kinds of ramen: pork bones with soy sauce, pork bones with miso, and pork bones with salt. The owners painstakingly make their own broth by slowly simmering pork bones and use specially made medium-width noodles. There is nothing fancy here. Customers sit at a counter and buy their meals with prepaid tickets from a vending machine, but they may choose the thickness of the broth or the consistency of then noodles when they place their order.

ここのお店はだいぶリピートが多くなってきました。最近はまっているのが、ラーメンと一緒に注文している「ネギ丼」。ネーミングの割にはチャーシューがたくさん入っていて、さらにタレが美味しいのだと思います。ラーメンに追加してこんなの食べたらカロリーは？？とは思ってしまいますが、券売機の前に立つと、ボタンを押してしまう不思議。
[再訪]その日によって少し出来が違うのかもしれませんが、それでもおいしかった。

前回訪問し、とてもおいしかったので再訪。前回同様、ラーメンと小ネギ丼を注文しました。今回は少しスープの味が濃いような？でもやはりおいしいラーメンだと感じます。お客さんも次から次へと絶えず、いまだに人気があるお店なのだろうと思いました。しばらくリピートすることになりそうです。ごちそうさまでした。
