Mt. Kintakusan Shomyoji Temple

Temple
This is a temple in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City. The primary diety of this temple is the Mirokubosatsu. It is said that this temple evolved from a private sanctuary for a Buddha, built within the residence of Sanetoki Hojo, a prominent figure during the Kamakura shogunate. The natural beauty of each season can be enjoyed here. Cherry in the spring, yellow irises in early summer, and autumn foliage in the fall. Each Saturday and Sunday, free guided walks through the gardens are offered.
