This is a soba kaiseki restaurant in Mt. Kamakura, an area with a long history developed in a lush natural setting. One can enjoy a simple dish of soba, or a full course. Within the spacious gardens, the pride of Kamakura, is a small sweets spot, Roan. Every year from golden week through around October, the Mt. Kamakura Beer Garden bustles with visitors.

I am a local, now live in the US. This is a little difficult to get to place for tourists as it is located about 20 min by bus from Kamakura station. Bus fare is about 200 yen and runs about every 20...

夕方訪問、最後のお客のようでした。とにかくお庭が素敵です。お料理は普通だと思いますが、御土産のかりんとうが美味しかったです。

夕方6：００からお座敷で会席料理をいただきました。お座敷から眺める鎌倉の街も素敵でした。会席は前菜、から始まりとてもボリューム満点でした。最後にお蕎麦と天ぷらがでてデザートで締めでした。お料理もとても美味しかったのですが、次々と出てくるお料理にせかされているようで、もう少しゆっくり味わいたかったです。
