Saikoh Shinkan

Saikoh Shinkan is a Dim Sum specialist creating dishes under the supervision of a Hong Kong master chef using carefully selected dried foods, with a focus on Cantonese delicacies. There are a number of multi-course meals, and the weekday lunch special features seasonal dishes in a bamboo basket. The servings are abundant, and are a perfect pre-tea meal.
