The restaurant’s concept is “delicious jiaozi dumplings made from fresh meat, vegetables, and seafood.” The restaurant prepares its dumplings by hand according to a special method. One of the most popular items on the menu are its special DALIAN dumplings fried so that they form a crisp crust joining all the dumplings together. The shop’s jiaozi are crisp on the outside and filled with rich juices on the inside. The shop also serves a special hotpot made with an abundance of healthy medicinal herbs. Inside, the shop has an urban, refined atmosphere, unusual in Chinatown.

The quality is good compare to china dalian (thick skin). The best dim sum is boiled with shiso. The grilled or steamed one are good too.
The staff either doesn`t understand English, or understand in a beneficial way.
