'Shimano-yu' Ocean Hot Spring

The “Shimano-yu” is a baths facility located right on the coast, on the island of Hatsushima. The open-air pool, built directly adjacent to the sea, offers marvelous views of the ocean. The water is heated well-water drawn up from 40 meters below the coastline; it has high concentrations of dissolved minerals such as sodium and calcium, and is very good for the skin.

海が綺麗に見える温泉

海が見渡せる露天風呂があるとのことで行ったのですが、あいにく女湯の露天風呂が設備不調で入れませんでした。ですが内湯からも十分に海が見渡せました。真夏なのでむしろ紫外線を浴びずに青空と海が見渡せながらお湯に浸かれてむしろよかったかもしれません。が、次回は露天風呂に入れることを願ってます。

海がものすごくきれいに見える露天風呂がついています。温泉ではないみたいですが昼間に入るお風呂はとっても気持ちいい！のんびり過ごせます。化粧水など脱衣所にアメニティはないのでご注意くださいね。タオルは有料で貸してくれます。
