Directly owned by Marutaka, a seafood brokerage at the Ito fish market, it serves dishes such as Kaisen Mizore Don (seafood and shredded vegetables over rice) and Uzuwa Teishoku (a set meal centered on frigate tuna), made with fish caught fresh the same morning in Ito Harbor.
