Sushi no Suzumaru located at 1-chome, Shishido, Ito City, about five minutes’ walk from Ito Station is a sushi restaurant. Using fresh seafood landed on the day from Sagami Bay or Suruga Bay and directly supplied from the boats as well as carefully selected local ingredients, it offers three types of nigirizushi (hand-formed sushi): Sagami, Suruga and Shichishima. It also serves fish dishes including omakase (chef’s choice), bara chirashi (scattered) sushi and simmered fish.

注文してから提供まで待つというコメントをみて来店したが、そんなことはなかった。そもそも、回転しない寿司屋でそんなことはほとんどおきないだろう。提供までまったく待たないし、対応も心地よい。相模という握りのセットを頼んだ。すこし提供ペースが早いくらいだったが、ちゃんとおいしい。シャルドネをグラスで頼んだが、うーん…これを1,200円で出すかなぁ。

流石にネタが新鮮で美味しかったです。一階はカウンターだけでした。場所は路地を入ったところでしたが街全体がこじんまりしていて徒歩で散策しながらするのも良いかもしれません。伊東の街全体が元気が無いのが気になりました。

這是位於伊東市的一家壽司屋，由於位置並不是在大街上，一般觀光客很難理找到它，這間店的握壽司品質還不錯，食材也很新鮮，但是價格有點貴，並不會特別推薦
