This is a long-established confectionery shop located on the Shimoda Kaido in Tsukigase, Izu City, founded over 100 years ago. The famous “Ino Monaka” is a delicious dish of Tokachi produced red beans cooked over a direct flame for five hours to a paste, and sandwiched in a shell (the shape of a boar). It has been well-known as a souvenir of Izu since the early Showa period.

国道沿いにある猪最中が有名なお店です。できあがった最中もありますが、餡と猪の形をした可愛い最中の皮を別々に飼うこともでき、自分で作ってぱりぱりに美味しく頂くこともできます。

小豆が好きで伊豆に泊った帰りにお土産を探していたら猪最中があるとわかり寄らせて頂きました。家に帰ってから食べましたが美味しいつぶあんで美味しかったです。他にも洋菓子はど扱っているので和菓子が苦手でもお土産が見つかるかもしれません。イートインで小豆ソフトを食べましたがご当地ソフト好きとして美味しく頂きました。

天城湯ヶ島温泉からの帰りに立寄りました。「十勝産小豆」「天然糸寒天」を使用、手作りの猪最中は、美味しくオススメです。和菓子•洋菓子いろいろありました。
