This French confectionery specialist in Ginza Town, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture is an old shop established in 1947. The first-generation chef opened the shop after long research and self study and it has since become a much loved landmark in the area. In the storefront showcase are pillow sponge shortcake, mille-feuille, roll cake, and other pleasingly traditional cakes all in a row. They continue to pay close attention to the fundamental ingredients like the dough, sponginess and cream and make cakes to traditional French recipes.

今天下午兩點過來想要購買著名文豪谷崎潤一郎喜歡的摩卡蛋糕捲，卻被告知在中午之前就完全賣完了，非常失望難過，當然其它東西也好吃，大家記得早點來！

市役所から少し下った位置にあります。近くの駐車場に置いて歩いて行きました。熱海スウィーツのマップに掲載されていますが、探すのは、なかなかでした。洋生菓子です。どれもおいしそうで迷います。まあどれもおいしいですが。
