This café is located in a remodeled retro building that used to be the bus waiting area for Hakone’s well-established Fujiya Hotel. Based on the concept of “eat azuki and drink coffee,” it is a unique shop where customers can enjoy the taste of Japanese sweets and coffee. Items like their azuki parfait, zenzai (red bean soup) and Puka Puka-no-Tsuki in which soy milk and milk are topped over ice cream and fruits are popular. The interior of the shop is decorated with antique furnishings and works of art. The closest station is Miyanoshita Station.

かつてはホテルのバスの発着場であったという説明がありました。観光地によくある一見さん相手の店でなく、しっかりした質の物をリーズナブルな値段で提供していることに感心しました。お勧めです。

ジャズを聞きながら地鶏のカレーライスなスパイシーな香りを味わいながら、あずき甘味を頂いて、まったりとする至高のひととき。店内の壁やメニューやちょっとしたところに書かれた素敵・不思議なイラストを楽しむのもよし。ハンモックでくつろぐも、古いオルゴールに耳を傾けるもよし。色々楽しめるお店です
