ハル二レテラスにあるベーカリーレストラン沢村で朝食をいただいた時に食べたベーコンが美味しかったので、思わずどこのベーコンか聞いたところ軽井沢デリカテッセンのベーコンとのことベーコンのみ買って帰りました、とても美味しかったです。

数十年ぶりに訪れたら、以前の場所から少し銀座通り寄りに、新築した店になっていました。ハム・ソーセージ等の量り売りがメインのお店です。中でも、手作りコンビーフは、缶詰とは全く別物で初めての人は驚くと思います。この時期は、近くの別荘族の方が食材を求めに来ているようです。
