Suju Masayuki Shoten
A long-standing shop known for its Japanese spices and condiments which was founded as a miso shop in 1827 in Komoro. The simple and modern Japanese shop is filled with miso, soy sauce, vinegar, and a variety of other condiments, dashi stock, and pickles. Keeping additives to an absolute minimum, Masayuki’s safe products also make popular souvenirs. While still following time-honored production methods, the shop continues to pursue new flavors which meet the needs and desires of modern kitchens. Closest station: Karuizawa Station.
