A takeout shop and café space located on the grounds of the Seisen-Ryo lodging facility in the Kiyosato Highland in Takane-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Seisen-Ryo Ice Cream, made with Jersey cow milk and Yatsugatake water is a famed Kiyosato specialty; when in season, there’s always a long line of customers waiting to buy some. The shop also sells organic Jersey cow milk, hot dogs, and organic coffee, as well as popular fresh juices in summer. Refreshing pastureland spreads out before the terrace area, as well as a sweeping view of the Akaishi Mountains and Mt. Yatsugatake.

狙って作った味というか。気味の悪い味。人生初、ソフトクリームを残しました。ミニストップのほうが好き。
足湯あり

一度行けばいい場所ですが、アイス、ソフトクリームは美味しいです。犬がいましたがテラスは入れます。テラスには足湯があり広い景色をながめながら休憩できます。
冬のソフトクリームが絶品

名物のジャージー牛乳のソフトクリームですが、トップシーズンの夏場より、オフシーズンの冬の方が美味しいですよ。冬の方が原乳の乳脂肪分が高くなりますから。加えて富士山が美しくくっきり見えるのも冬です。冬の富士山を見ながら、絶品のソフトクリームを！足湯もありますよ。
