This casual wine bar located very close to JR Shiojiri Station carries more than 40 types of Shiojiri wine. It features a wine dispenser in which one can pour the brand of wine they want to drink, and part of the appeal is that guests can easily sample small amounts of 30 cubic centimeters. Comparing the tastes of various wines makes it easy to discover one’s favorite brand. Their food menu features an extensive range of items from a la carte dishes to pizza and pasta, and they serve authentic Italian food that uses ingredients produced in Shiojiri as well as other parts of Nagano. Their popular pasta lunch offers excellent value.

こちらでは種々の《塩尻ワイン》を 30/60/90 ml 単位で楽しめることを知り夕食前に利用しました。試飲したのは赤ワイン[五一ワイン・ピノノワール 60 ml 650円税込]、白ワイン[井筒ワイン・シャルトネ 60 ml 460円税込]の2杯のみでしたが [塩尻市観光センター・売店]で《塩尻ワイン》を購入予定であれば自分好みのワインを確認する意味で如何でしょうか。

ＪＲ塩尻駅前にあり、待ち時間にショットバー感覚でも利用できます。時間があるときは、イタリアンと一緒にワインを楽しむのが良いです。
