This is a steam-cooking specialty shop about three minutes' walk from Hankyu Umeda Station. This shop offers a full menu focusing on steamed dishes, used to make sure none of the flavor and nutrition of their ingredients is lost. They have a daily lunch special based on arrangements of their popular lunch dishes. For dinner, their Select Brand Pork Steamed Hotpot is the most popular item. It features a bed of fresh vegetables topped with Oumi Kurao Pork fed on baum kuchen cake, and Kyoto Tamachi Pork fed on castella cake, all steamed to perfection. They also serve fish or chicken steamed hotpots, and all their steamed hotpots include Perapera Udon noodle at no extra charge.

ずっと気になっていたこちらのお店を一人でランチに行きました。お一人様用にカウンター席もあり、安心して入ることが出来ました。ランチでも沢山種類がありますが、蒸し野菜のセットにしました。ご飯、お味噌汁お変わり出来ると書いてあったので、少なめに来るかと思いきやお茶碗いっぱい…なかなかの量でした。蒸し野菜はお塩に付けて頂きました。さつまいもがとても美味しかったです。夜はお鍋料理もあったり...

平日の訪問でしたので、予約なしで大丈夫でしたが、満席でした。ライスとお味噌汁はおかわり無料です。蒸し料理なので、少し時間はかかりました。
