Tsurumiryokuchi Expo '90 Commemorative Park
This municipal park spans Tsurumi Ward and Moriguchi City. Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park was first developed in 1990, as the main venue for the International Garden and Greenery Exposition (Expo '90). The park is located directly outside the Underground Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line's Tsurumi Ryokuchi Station. Many of the 1990 Exposition's facilities and gardens still remain, including the Sakuya Konohana Kan (botanical garden) and the Inochi no Tou tower. Many of the spaces previously used for things like the amusement park have been repurposed as horse-riding courses, gyms and sports facilities. There are also camping grounds and barbeque plazas for the public to freely enjoy sports and recreation here.
