あべのキューズモールにある和食屋さんで、ホルモンが美味しいお店。お勧めなのはホルモンのかスをうどんに入れた肉うどん。ホルモンの甘みが出てて、ホルモンに弾力があり、噛むと甘いしるがでてきてとてもマッチしている。

大阪出張の際に夕食を食べに行きました。普通のかすうどんと瓶ビールをオーダー、ビールよりも先にうどんが出てきてビックリしました。甘めなスープをかすが吸い込んで美味しかったです。

向かいのトラスティホテルに宿泊していたので夜食に入店。隣に吉野家があるが、せっかくだから旅情感を求めてチョイス。生ビールでホルモン焼きうどんを胃袋へ流し込んだ。旨いでっせ。
