This is a hideaway smoked dining restaurant. The interior is simple with a calm atmosphere. Ingredients chosen by the self-professed smoked enthusiast are smoked and cooked with a teppanyaki grill. In addition to commonly smoked bacon, sausage and eggs, the menu is lined with rare ingredients such as fatty salmon belly, foie gras, nuts, sweetened potato fries and podded soybeans. The ingredients for some dishes are smoked once you order them, allowing you to enjoy the unique aroma.

お初天神裏参道の燻製料理店

平日の夜に予約して伺いました。平日なのに満席(-_-)予約して良かったー！お店が3階にあるのに、エレベーターがないのは衝撃でしたが。。。二人だったので、とりあえず盛り合わせを頼みました。が、これが失敗。肉の盛り合わせのボリュームがすごい！！！食べても食べても減らない(・・;)味も濃い目なので、終盤はかなりぐったり。燻製はそこまで強くないので、燻製好きじゃない方でも美味しく食べられると思います。

テレビでとりあげられていて行ってみたかった、今流行りの燻製が食べれるお店です。卵やたくあん等いろんな種類燻製をちょこちょこ食べました。良いお味でお酒がすすみました。
