Tonboike Park

This general public park is in the hilly area of Sangayama Town, Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture. It contains lush green and various areas for the enjoyment of kids and adults alike. There’s “Tonbo no Yugu” (Dragonfly’s Playground), which features 45 different types of play structures, which makes it popular for both small children and older children. There are plenty of spots where you can enjoy nature, such as the “Rose Garden” that blooms with over 2,300 roses in spring and fall, the “Fall Foliage Valley” boasts stunning leaf colors in the autumn, and a big lake with birds swimming in it. Complete with large grassy fields and plains, this is a great spot for a family picnic.

トンボ池公園はとても広い公園で遊具の規模も大きく休日等にはたくさんの利用者が押し寄せます。トンボの遊具、蝶の遊具、大滑り台、大池、流れの広場、水と緑の音楽広場、野原の広場、トンボハウス、大芝生広場、ふれあいの森等、たくさんの広場があり、隣接して、テニスコートもあります。一部エリアではバーベキューを楽しむこともできます。

2019年6月13日(平日)にクルマで行きました。快晴でしたが、この日、広い有料駐車場はガラ空き。料金は平日なら1回300円。休日は500円。道路を渡り、管理棟の横から緩い坂を上がって大きな蜻蛉池の堤防に沿って6時から4時の方向に歩くと、5分ほどでバラ園に。当日は咲き残りのバラがまだ見応え十分に咲いていました。さらに5分余り歩いて売店、公衆トイレのある平屋の建物を迂回し、「野原広場」沿いに回り込...

遊具が多いので、子供は行きたがります。ただ、公園内が広いため、移動が大変です。蜻蛉池公園に行く際は、必ずテントを持っていき、愛彩ランドで買ったお弁当を、テント内で食べます。
