La Tortuga
This bistro is a five-minute walk from Kitahama Station. The chef used to work at the Japanese consulate in Barcelona as well as the embassy in Ecuador. The authentic French cuisine makes this a popular destination, and the lunch course featuring soup, an appetizer, a main course, bread, dessert or cheese, and espresso is especially loved. The “country-style meat pate” appetizer is a particular favorite. For main dishes, you can choose from duck confit, fish, and other options, and both the portions and taste are excellent. The chic interior is combined with a casual open kitchen ambience.
