The deliciousness of pork and the sweetness of onion from Awaji Island are exquisitely blended and the soft and juicy texture of the shumai is a traditional gem sure to please the most discerned diners. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes such as spring roll wrapped in thinly cooked eggs, sweet and sour pork, and chop suey.
