Ganso Gyozaen
Located a five-minute walk away from Motomachi Station on JR Tokaido Line. This is a gyoza (pot sticker) specialty restaurant which was the birthplace of “miso dare” (miso sauce as a dipping sauce) gyoza, and the restaurant was established in 1951. It has also been presented in various media such as on television and in magazines, and even now the secret recipe and the homemade miso sauce that was handed down remains unchanged since the restaurant was established. In addition to the grilled gyoza, of course they serve gyoza such as boiled gyoza and deep fried gyoza, and “Zhajiangmian” (noodles in soybean paste) also has consistent sales. They have also developed a lunch menu on weekdays and you can enjoy the hearty set menu. On weekdays evening, there is also a special eat and drink as much as you like course.
