This is a specialty “yakiniku” (Japanese fried meat barbecue) and horsemeat restaurant with a red “noren” (curtain sign hung at its entrance) and a Japanese paper lantern as its landmark. In addition to sliced raw horsemeat made into a platter from the finest meat in stock and yakiniku platters, you can also sample a la carte dishes such as horse meat stewed in wine and deep fried minced horsemeat cutlets. You will get a specially made soy sauce with your horsemeat sashimi. There is also a leaflet with instructions on grilling which comes with the yakiniku platter, as they are determined that you eat delicious food. 양고기 처음먹을때 느낌 ㅋㅋㅋ 약간 특유의 냄새가 약간 있어요일하시는분은 레어로 먹으라 추천했지만 미디움&웰던 추천요전 참고로 소고기 먹을때는 미디움 레어로 먹어요 ㅎㅎ
