Located around four minutes’ walk from Ebisucho Station on the Sakaisuji Subway Line, Yuaitei is a popular restaurant best-known for its Shoyu Ramen (Ramen noodles in a soy sauce based soup). The interior of the restaurant features’ many boxers’ autographs; a great deal of care and attention has gone into choosing the names of the items on the menu. For example, Chubuto Hirauchi Noodles features a rich-tasting chicken bone broth to which dark soy sauce is added. Some of the items on the menu use thin noodles; a range of popular toppings—such as boiled eggs—is available, and for lunch there is a good selection of set meals. The rice used to make Ojiya (rice gruel seasoned with soy sauce) can also be added to the noodle broth. On weekdays, Yuaitei is open until 15:30 p.m. for lunch, and until 21:00 p.m. in the evening (last orders at 20:30 p.m.); the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
