Kaori no Ie Orandakan
The Kaori no Ie Orandakan, which has been selected as one of Hyogo’s top 100 modern homes, is a two story hipped roofed wooden building of the mid-Taisho period and was used as a residence for the Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a long time until it was opened to the public in 1987 after I.S. Wolhin had lived there. The front yard is adorned with tulips typical of the Netherlands and flowers of every season. It is approximately 15 minutes on foot from JR Shin-Kobe Station. Located within the Kitano Ijinkan area.

- オランダ館
- 北野地区にある洋館の一つ。この辺りはいくつも洋館があるが、全部回ると入場料だけでも馬鹿にならないので、外から見るだけでパスした。あらかじめ下調べをして、興味のある所を選んで見学するといい。

- 建物の造りが古くない!
- 異人館の1つであるオランダ館です。中には入りませんでしたが、建物の造りが古く無く、屋根も含めて新しい造りとなっています。観る価値ナシです。

- 香水を目当てに行きました
- オリジナルの香水を作れるという点に興味があり、行きました。入館料が1500円ほどに、香水が3500円ほどと総額として少し割高になってしまったのが気になりましたが、とても素敵な香りができたので満足度は高かったです。香りを作ってもらえるのは、入場してすぐ右のお部屋です。特に詳しい案内も書いてなかったため、館内をぐるりとしてしまいました。調香していただいている間に館内をめぐる時間はあるため、先に...
