Original Teppanyaki Steak Misono Kobe Main Store
This is an old teppan-yaki restaurant established in 1945 in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. As a famous restaurant said to be the originator of the teppan-yaki steak, they have maintained the same flavor from establishment until now. As for beef, they use only A4/A5 rank Japanese Black beef from Kobe and elsewhere. The steak, prepared before customers’ eyes on the iron plate at their table, has a rich melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Seasonal vegetables and the tender lobster are also popular options. From the glass-sided interior one can look out over the Kobe nighttime scenery, and is therefore used often for anniversaries and dinner events.
