Tsurukamedo Zenzai Yomitan Main Branch is a well-known shop for Okinawan red bean soup near the site of Zakimi Castle, an Okinawan World Heritage Site. The exclusive red bean soup is mild and delicate. It is made from ice cubes, which are delicate and melt easily in your mouth, kidney beans stewed slowly for a long time and homemade soft sticky rice balls. 座喜味城跡の前にある甘味処です。以前は店内で食べられたようですが、現在はあのウイルス対策で持ち帰りのみです。ぜんざいは、優しい甘さで好感が持てました。店によってはぜんざいに使われる砂糖の量が半端ないことがあるので。なお沖縄でぜんざいは冷たいものが出てきます。

沖縄のぜんざいは本土と違うと聞いて食べてみました。かき氷のなかにもちもちの白玉と豆が入ってました。優しい甘さです。個人的にはミルクがおすすめです。
