This confectionery has been around for over 60 years. Round rice cakes, butter cakes, and other traditional Okinawan sweets are on display outside the shop. The sata andagi (Okinawan sweet deep-fried bun) come in a variety of flavors, such as pineapple, caramel, purple yam, pumpkin, and banana, making them popular among both locals and foreigners. Their “brown sugar candy” is soft and preserves the original taste of the ingredients, which has made it a popular item for years and led to it constantly being sold out.

市場本通り沿いにある製菓店。サーターアンダギーを販売しているので、テイクアウトで購入してみました。1個80円。プレーンは、標準的な味わい。ゴワゴワしているので、牛乳と合わせると美味しいだろうなと思いました。

２０２０年４月４日に行きました。２０１８年に続き２度目の投稿です。２０１９年の春にも買ってます。その時は１個６０円でした。いつからか７０円になったんですね。それでも１０００円で１４個買えます。シナモンとバナナと黒糖を買いました。いつもの味で美味しかったです。また買いに行きます。

お店の前が混んでいるのですぐに分かりました。色んな味のサーターアンダギーあり一応全味購入しました。大きなサーターアンダギーも売っていて珍しいなと思いました。
