Enjoy some macrobiotic dishes plentiful in both volume and flavor as you gaze at the majestic scenery. The vegetables used are farmed organically in Nakijin using natural methods. The cafe places a premium on freshness and preparation technique, making sure to bring out the vegetables’ natural flavors to the fullest. Desserts include “raw cake” made from vegetables and fruit without any eggs or dairy products.

せっかく行ったのですが、お正月はお休みでした。時期的に仕方ないとは思いますが、食べログでは営業中になっていました。山の上で気軽に行けるところではないので、しっかりと情報は出して欲しいです。調べて来たつもりだっただけに、残念です。
