The shop known as the oldest existing yudofu (boiled tofu) store in existence is a ten minute walk from Keage Subway Station, and has been introduced on television and in newspapers. Visitors can relax leisurely on the traditional Japanese seats on the floor and look out on the Japanese garden showing a different beauty with every season. The only tofu dish is yudofu. The homemade tofu using domestic soybean is mellow, rich with a deep taste of soy. Black sesame flavored tofu, peppered skewers of vegetable, and dishes of fried pumpkin and yuba (dried bean curds) are also available.
