Zuihoin Temple
Zuihoin Temple is a sub temple of Daitokuji Temple built by Christian feudal lord Otomo Sorin. Behind the main temple building is Kanmintei garden with seven stones that are laid out to form a cross mourning the souls of all people. The temple’s main building, karamon gate and front gate are all as they were at the time of construction and are designated an Important Cultural Properties.
