The shop carries hand carved Japanese box tree combs, ornate hairpins designed with seasonal motifs changed out monthly, and haircare products made with camellia oil gathered on the Goto Archipelago.

土産品を購入するために訪問しました。つばき油は使いやすいようにポンプ式のボトルも販売しているのですね。便利になっています。しかし、今回はお土産品として伝統的な瓶の方が、こちらの商品としてアピールすると思って、普通の瓶入りを購入しました。

つげ櫛を買いたい。かねてから京都で買いたいリストのひとつつげ櫛。八坂神社近くの四条通りにあるかづら清は慶応元年からのかづら類の老舗。舞妓さんかんざし、べっ甲から和装小物や京都らしいお土産まで揃ってました。昔から日本人が重用してきたつげ櫛はとくだけで髪に艶がでる。時代とともに良い柘植が取れにくくなり鹿児島のさつまつげは数万円。まあ、一生物と思い普通のつげ櫛を頑張って買いました。そして五島特産のこの店...
