This is a tonkotsu ramen specialty shop in Tenjinnishi Street in the central district of Fukuoka City. One can concentrate on enjoying the taste of ramen in the individually partitioned seating. With the “kamadare” tonkotsu dish, only available in the Tenjinnishi Street shop, one can really savor the rich taste and a full aroma. In addition, the chashu pork here comes from the belly rather than the shoulder, giving it an extra rich flavor. It is a five-minute walk from Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line’s Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station.
