The Ippudo ramen chain was founded in 1985. Ippudo puts great effort into just about every aspect of its ramen—in addition to the flavor, even the appearance and sound of the shop’s ramen is carefully designed; only the safest and choicest of ingredients are selected for use; and Ippudo also strives to prepare an optimum cooking environment for its chefs. The Ganso Shiromaru Motoaji (Shiromaru Classic) and Ganso Akamaru Motoaji (Akamaru Modern) ramens are only available at the Daimyo location. Great place to eat hakatas ramen! With some sides like dumplings makes my dinner complete. If you go to Fukuoka, then Hakata (tonkotsu) ramen is the recommended ramen!
