Here you can enjoy delicious, seasonal seafood from the abundant seas off Hokkaido served on cool glass tableware made in Otaru. The restaurant's large glass windows let in plenty of light, and the establishment has clean and neat counter seating as well as private seating, ensuring even families with small children can have a relaxing meal here. The owner particularly recommends the Kukizen Omakase Nigiri chef's choice nigiri sushi course. The chef will prepare tasty sushi gems using select seafood and other ingredients stocked that day; it's so tasty, just this course alone will satisfy you. The restaurant also stocks an original refined sake bearing its name as well as an abundant selection of local Otaru alcoholic beverages.
