This is a lamb yakiniku grill, using only domestic lamb from Shibetsu. In this open air restaurant are barbecue grills lined up where one can grill the common cuts of the shoulder or filets, as well as the rarer, tongue, heart, or skin cuts over open flame charcoal. They take pride in their signature dish, the Suffolk-Donburi bowl, where the best of the rare Hokkaido Suffolk lamb portions are marinated in a homemade red wine sauce together with Chinese miso and spices, and blended with egg yolk to bring out the exquisite lamb taste.
