This is a pancake and hotcake restaurant near the Kutchan Station of the JR Hakodate line. The plain hotcakes wafting with the smell of butter are not overly sweet made to melt-in-your mouth perfection. All batter is made to order, so allergy sensitivities can be accommodated as well. The batter for the pancakes uses homemade low acidity Caspian yogurt, making them refreshingly doughy. There are both sweet pancakes such as the white pancake with a strawberry salty milk-topping, as well as more hardy meal-type pancakes such as the kimchi bacon cream sauce pancakes. They even offer baby pancakes, made especially for babies.
