A local specialty products shop carrying goods straight from the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market on the second floor of the domestic terminal building in New Chitose Airport. The Kita no Hosekibako, an assortment of matsumae-zuke pickled abalone and ikura salted salmon roe, is particularly popular and only sold here at the airport location. There's a standing only sushi corner serving seasonal sushi. Many of the sushi menu items are also only served here in the airport location, such as baby salmon, a variety seen only once out of every 10 thousand salmon caught; and miraculous grape shrimp.
