Here you can buy Hokkaido Milk Kasutera created with milk from 1-2 Farm in Akan-cho in Kushiro City by Hironobu Tsujiguchi, a pastry chef who has won awards in international confectionary competitions. There are also stick rusks made by frying kasutera in Hokkaido butter and crispy rusk cubes sprinkled with caramel and powdered sugar. In the cafe area, you can have a cup of original milk coffee, fresh milk, or soft serve ice cream.
