Hoheikyo Onsen
A day trip hot spring bath facility in the Jozankei hot spring area in Sapporo City famous for its Indian curry with baths constantly replenished kake-nagashi style from the source. Fresh, piping hot water direct from the underground spring is sent straight to the baths; the waters have beautifying, smoothing, and moisturizing effects on the skin. The so-called Velvet Bath is popular with women. The three spacious outdoor baths built in the middle of the wilderness are some of the biggest in Japan. These stone baths are designed for long, relaxing soaks; at night, they're illuminated, and you can enjoy the magical atmosphere created. The facility also offers a variety of activity sets which include hot spring baths. You can enjoy canoeing, camping, snow shoeing in winter, and other fun activities.
