Sapporo Fujiya

This ramen restaurant is considered one of the best, even in the ramen battleground that is Sapporo's Susukino entertainment district. The restaurant is located on the south end of Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line. The restaurant's two signature menus item are its Buta Sayu Miso Ramen, a ramen with a creamy and rich tonkotsu pork bones and miso broth; and the Tsukemen noodles with dipping sauce. The tsukemen noodles are specially ordered and made with a proprietary blend of two varieties of Hokkaido flour. The tsukemen dipping sauce is a pork bone-based broth jazzed up with seafood flavor that is surprisingly light. That's why it's a popular way to end a night of drinking for many customers looking for a meal before going home.
