Austria-kan
A cafe and shop built on the Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill easily identifiable by its red roof. The structure was erected to house the Australian athletes during the Sapporo Olympics; after the event was over, it was moved to its current location. The first floor is the cafe area while the shop is located on the second floor. The soft serve ice cream counter sells distinctly Hokkaido-style flavors such as Shiroi Koibito and melon. When in-season, there's also lavender ice cream.
